Free & Fun Family Art - special addition!

  • Holland Area Arts Council 150 East 8th Street Holland, Michigan, 49423 United States (map)

Stop in at the Holland Area Arts Council now through Saturday, July 18 from 11am - 1pm

Join us in celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the United States with a community art project for all ages. Inspired by the phrase “We The People,” the history of American quilts, and the artwork of Jasper Johns, help us create lettered quilt squares that will become part of a larger collaborative work of art.

Our goal is to complete 250 quilt squares, each one designed by a different community member. Together, the squares will form a colorful display that celebrates creativity, connection, and the many individuals who make up our community.

This free drop-in activity is made possible through the generous support of Henry Woloson. Stop by, make a square, and help us reach 250! All supplies included.
