The Artist’s Table
A Celebration of Creativity and Community
Saturday, September 27
Bring your creativity to the table!
On Saturday, September 27 at 6:00 PM, the Holland Area Arts Council is hosting its most imaginative fundraiser of the year—The Artist’s Table!
And we want to make it easier for our community to join us. That’s why we’ve reduced ticket prices to $75 per person—so more people can participate in the fun while supporting the arts in Holland. Tables of 6 or 8: $450 / $600 or Individual Dinner Tickets: $75
Here’s how it works:
Grab your friends and reserve a table of six or eight.
The Arts Council provides the basics (linens, plates, glasses).
YOU transform it into a masterpiece—Marvel Comics, Monet, Da Vinci… anything goes!
No need to decorate if that’s not your thing—the Arts Council has created gorgeous tables you can join. Just bring your appetite and creativity for the evening!
Kick things off at Friday’s cocktail set-up party, then join us Saturday, the 27th for:
Entertainment by Rod Sager
Tastes from Mother Tongue Kitchen, Doeb’s Pizzeria, The Cakabakery, Big Lake Brewing & The 205.
Live sketches of guests and tables
A tempting auction full of art, experiences, and more
Special thanks to our sponsors: West Michigan Community Bank, Raymond James, and Haveman Electric.

The Artist’s Table
Imagine an extraordinary dining experience where every table is a work of art. A table inspired by Marvel Comics, another echoing the genius of Leonardo da Vinci, or perhaps a tribute to Impressionism, Pop Art, or Georgia O’Keeffe. Welcome to The Artist’s Table — an unforgettable evening where art, imagination, food and community come together in support of the arts. Our culinary partners will include Mother Tongue Kitchen, Doeb’s Pizzeria, and Cakabakery West. This one-of-a-kind fundraising event invites you and your guests to become the artists. Purchase a table with your friends and transform it into a tribute to your favorite artist or artistic movement.
How It Works:
Tables of 6 or 8: $750 / $1000
Individual Dinner Tickets: $125
Each table becomes a themed masterpiece designed by its guests.

Honore Lee Reception
Grand Haven artist Honore Lee presents a new body of work inspired by the dynamic landscape of Lake Michigan's dunes and shoreline. Through layered ink wash, colored pencil, wax, indigo-dyed papers, stitching, printmaking, and collage, Lee documents the natural forms shaped by wind and water, observed during her contemplative walks along the beach. This exhibition reflects Lee's ongoing exploration of connection – to place, memory, and the interplay between personal and universal experiences. A longtime educator and collaborator, Lee's art practice embodies a profound dialogue with the natural world and the process of discovery.
