Take advantage of this percussive opportunity! Professional musicians Jim Cooper, Mike Van Lente and Greg Secor teach this dynamic drumming camp. Campers learn about instruments in the percussion family such as snare drum, drum set, vibes, steel drums, gongs, cymbals, marimba and hand instruments! Receive instruction in drumming techniques, jazz improvisational styles and musical application. No fear – just fun! The week concludes with a group performance by students and instructors on Thursday July 2nd at 3:00 pm.

Didn’t you ever want to paint on a BIG outdoor wall? Well, here’s your chance to splash your creativity for all to see. It begins with a story –a local legend. The story grows into a wild, creative ARTSCAPE which will hang on our building! What a great collaborative experience for kids, instructors and local artists. Come be part of the creation.

Led by art educators and working artists, this intermediate level art camp focuses on developing your child’s creative potential.
